Arsen Accounting Services is a Canadian tax preparation practice led by Elena Arsen, CPA, CMA. Based in Ontario, the practice works remotely with individuals, self-employed professionals, commission earners, businesses, executors and professional partners.

We aim to make filing requirements easier to understand, communicate clearly and give each return the attention it deserves. Your work arrangement, income sources, tax years and available records shape the preparation required.

Tax preparation for different stages of life and business

Our services include personal T1 returns, self-employed and commission income, corporate T2 returns and related tax filings. We also help legal representatives with final returns after a loved one passes away and estate and trust T3 returns. Missing prior years can be discussed through our overdue tax return preparation service.

How remote preparation starts

1. Describe the situation. Share your tax years, province, main income sources and the type of help you need. For an estate, mention your role and the date of death.
2. Confirm the scope. We discuss availability, the filings involved, the records required and the fee before engagement.
3. Arrange document sharing. We agree on an appropriate method for sensitive tax records. An initial email should contain a brief description, not your SIN or tax documents.
4. Prepare and clarify. We work through the agreed preparation and follow up on missing information or questions before the return is ready for your review and authorization.

A focused practice

The practice focuses on Canadian tax preparation and related filings. Ongoing bookkeeping, legal services and other work outside the agreed scope are not included automatically. We confirm what can be handled before starting.
