Preparation fees
Personal return with one self-employed business from $500; corporate tax return only from $1,150. The appropriate return depends on your work arrangement.
CAD, plus HST. Business and rental fees assume completed, reconciled bookkeeping. Final scope and fee are confirmed before work begins.

Tell us when each activity started. Commercial rideshare drivers must register for GST/HST when they start earning fares, even if rideshare revenue is below the usual small-supplier threshold. Delivery-only work follows different registration rules. If you do both, bring your registration details so we can review which activities your registration covers.
Why is my payout smaller than my app earnings?
Suppose your statement shows $800 in earnings before platform fees and $120 in fees. A $680 payout reconciles that statement. Bring the statement with the deposit so we can identify fares, tips, adjustments, fees and any tax the platform handled. These figures illustrate the reconciliation only.
How do I prepare the vehicle records?
Gather the opening and closing odometer readings and a trip log showing the date, destination, business purpose and kilometres. Include your lease or purchase records and vehicle expense receipts. Identify time spent on passenger trips, deliveries and personal driving, especially if you use several apps.
What if driving is my second job?
Bring your employment slips and a separate summary of your driving activity for each app. When requesting a quote, tell us the tax year, whether you offered rides or deliveries, and whether GST/HST returns are also outstanding.
General information only. Requirements depend on the facts and the tax year. Service scope is confirmed before engagement.
Before you get started
Can you prepare my return if I changed apps midyear?
Yes. Keep statements from both apps and separate them by tax year. Tell us the switch date and flag any earnings paid after the change.
Can I use this service if I only deliver food?
Yes. Mention that your work is delivery only, and tell us whether you already have a GST/HST account for another business.
